Regional Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company. You should be able to remotely supervise the team of salespeople and set profitable goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create regional sales plans with business objectives
  • Evaluate different sales area and individual performance
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counselling regional sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors
  • Collaborating with Sales executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
  • Participate in decisions for expansion
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvement
  • Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
  • Ability to leads and motivate high performance sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with problem solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
