    You can create 10 multiple Android App users and authorize them with unique USER ID & password. These user can operate trueGurad via there smart phone WIFI within premises.

    For any intrusion you will receive notification message like Whatsup with loud alert tone, also it gives you detail of sensor which is triggered over mobile phone via internet.

    There is soft panic switch in trulySafe application, in panic condition when you press that panic switch it will place GSM call to pre-saved mobile number 5 times.

  • Does it support remote access?

    Yes, just you require a active broadband WiFi connection in your premises connected to your trueGuard and internet in your smartphone(3G/4G) to access it from anywhere any time.

  • Can we check health status of trueGuard over mobile phone?

    Yes, you can get complete health report of your trueGuard over your mobile. Even when you not around you can get following details anytime: Battery status, GSM Signal status, RF Sensors working fine, current prepaid balance of SIM card used .

    Yes, it create last 50,000 log entries with following details like User ID, Date & Time, Action type.

As on any unwanted activity happen in premises where sensors are installed , it send trigger signal to the camera mapped with that sensor and it instantly click 5 images and sent it to your mobile phone as push notification with sensor details via internet as intrusion alert .

    For any intrusion you will receive picture notification with alert tone, also it gives you detail of sensor which is triggered.
